Bild was created for creatives, by creatives.
Bild is built (see what we did there) from years of knowledge, experience and pain points.
Bild was created by hundreds of conversations had by creatives with other creatives. The pain points were heard and transferred into features.
Bild is built for not only in-person creative hiring, but remote work as well. We fully support those creatives who are remote workers such as mixing engineers, video editors and producers to name a few.
Our goal is to help bring behind-the-scenes creatives to the forefront. These creatives are often left behind and Bild is here to give them recognition.
Bild thrives when it's Bilder's thrive. By showing the activity feed, it's contagious to want to create when you see other creatives actively create.
Bild's mission is simple, to connect creative talents. That being said, we want to accomplish multiple feats with this mission. We want to bring behind-the-scenes creatives into the forefront giving them the recognition they deserve. We also want to make Bild the easiest way to set creative projects up to share with the world to apply to.
Bild started from years and years of failures between multiple endeavors in the music and design industries. Founder Brandon Stuchkus started making music when he was 17 and eventually acquired a degree in Audio Engineering. He then started his own studio while releasing his own original music, songwriting for other artists, doing graphic design, websites and video editing for other artists, but the issue still remained. When it came to his own work, doing all of those things became tiresome and he needed a team.
He realized most teams are formed organically in the form of friends or college roommates, but that's not always the case. Bild is here to create those collaborations organically. We want the creatives of today to not face the same pain points that existed before Bild did and we will stick to that mission for years to come.
Even though Bild is young, it's morals and experience are not. Bild will continue to evolve over time to suite the creative community.
After years of music industry experience, the idea for Bild was formed and began getting scoped.
Engineering Lead, Carey Richardson was hired to build the initial MVP of Bild.
The V1 of Bild was released and tested within a small group of creatives to test.
After a few years of testing, beta users, user research and trial and error, Bild was revamped, pivoted, and fully re-launched as a mobile app with new branding and a new mission.
